This silent color film begins with livestock images a the Tulsa State Fair including a pig, horses cattle, as well as people and rides, as well as a woman high diving into a burning water tank. At 2:20 there is an outdoor concert by Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys followed at 4:40, a rodeo.
